Vinca major

Vinca major (or 'Greater Periwinkle') is an evergreen groundcover vine and native of the Mediterranean. Its stems trail outward and root where they touch soil, knitting into a dark green blanket. Features beautiful five-petalled violet flowers emerging in spring.
