Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring that plants are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
